What happened

The organization’s subscription is already in the canceled state. A subsequent cancel-plan or change-plan request was rejected because there is no active subscription to modify.

How to fix

Cancellation is terminal — selecting a new plan or changing plans on a canceled organization is not supported. Wait for the cancellation to take effect (see the canceled_at field on the organization), then either delete the organization once it is fully elapsed or contact support if the cancellation was made by mistake.
