What happened

The response depends on billing data that our billing provider could not supply in time, such as usage, invoices, credits, or the organization’s current subscription. The API returns this error instead of a response with that data missing, so a client never reads an outage as zero usage or zero credits.

How to fix

Retry the request after a short wait. If the error continues for more than a few minutes, check or contact support.
