What happened
The organization called the podcast episode archive (/v1/podcasts/episodes/archive) without access to it. The archive is the
complete history of transcribed podcast episodes, delivered as bulk files.
Access is arranged with us per organization. It is not part of a plan, so
upgrading does not unlock it.
How to fix
to arrange access to the archive for your organization. To follow new episodes as they are ingested instead, use the episode stream (GET /v1/podcasts/episodes/stream, Enterprise plan) or the episode feed
(GET /v1/podcasts/episodes/feed, all plans).
