What happened
The organization called an Enterprise-only endpoint on a plan other than Enterprise. The episode firehose stream (GET/POST /v1/podcasts/episodes/stream) is the only such endpoint: an
open-ended Server-Sent Events feed of every episode as it is ingested, reserved
for the Enterprise plan.
Unlike premium endpoints, Enterprise-only access is not granted during the
one-time signup credit phase — an Individual, Growth, or Business organization is
blocked in every phase, whether or not its signup credit remains.
