What happened

The request carried an Idempotency-Key that was first sent with a different request: a different body, path, or query string. A key belongs to the one request it was first sent with, so this request did not run. The first request is unaffected.

How to fix

Mint a new key for each new write, and resend a key only to retry the identical request. If you meant to retry, resend the body exactly as you first sent it rather than rebuilding it, since the bytes are compared. See Idempotent requests.
