Downloads every live podcast as gzip-compressed JSON Lines, one show per line. Each line is the podcast exactly as GET /v1/podcasts/{id} returns it with every section (include=related,recommended_guests,recommended_sponsors,coverage), plus its external_links with their attributes, as GET /v1/podcasts/{id}/external-links returns them. Available by arrangement, with the episode archive. The file is rebuilt every hour; its values, popularity and audience metrics among them, are as of the current build, which Last-Modified dates. Replace your copy rather than merging into it: a show missing from a newer download has been removed. The download can be resumed with a Range request, and If-None-Match with its ETag returns 304 until the next build.
