# promo_code_signup_only

## What happened

This promo code is an acquisition offer restricted to new signups: it can be entered at registration or plan selection (and is applied automatically when the paid subscription starts), but it cannot be redeemed on an organization's existing subscription.

## How to fix

There is nothing to retry on this subscription — the code is not valid for it. Codes that apply to existing subscriptions are not signup-restricted.
