# promo_code_already_redeemed

## What happened

Each organization can redeem a given promo code exactly once, ever. This organization redeemed the code before — even if that was on a previous subscription or plan.

## How to fix

There is nothing to retry: the discount from the earlier redemption either already applied or ran its window. A different active promo code can still be redeemed if no code is currently active on the subscription.
