# promo_code_already_active

> A promo code is already active on this subscription

## What happened

Only one promo code can be applied per subscription. A code was already redeemed on this organization's subscription, so a second one can't be added.

## How to fix

There is nothing to retry on this subscription. If the active discount window has ended and you believe a new promotion should apply, contact support.
