# episode_archive_not_enabled

## What happened

The organization called the podcast episode archive
(`/v1/podcasts/episodes/archive`) without access to it. The archive is the
complete history of transcribed podcast episodes, delivered as bulk files.
Access is arranged with us per organization. It is not part of a plan, so
upgrading does not unlock it.

## How to fix

your organization.

To follow new episodes as they are ingested instead, use the episode stream
(`GET /v1/podcasts/episodes/stream`, Enterprise plan) or the episode feed
(`GET /v1/podcasts/episodes/feed`, all plans).
